My son and I came in for lunch because I saw a chicken fried steak picture the business posted and knew I had to try it—let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed! When I tell you it was the BEST chicken fried steak I have ever eaten, I mean it! It was tender, crispy, and fresh; I was blown away. With as much chicken fried steak as I have eaten in my lifetime (so far), I’m practically an experiment—so you can trust my review! 🤗 On top of that, they came out with a BOWL of mashed potatoes and gravy.. now that’s what I call a side! The vegetable of the day was green beans which had pieces of onion, looked like cabbage, and chunks of bacon—yes please! And, the fact that the chicken fried steak was half the size of my head did not intimate me! I don’t have to eat dinner tonight, because I was well-fed at TKB. My son highly enjoyed his double whiskey burger and fries, and asked several times if we could go back next week for lunch after church! Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious! Highly recommend! 🥰
